Our partnership began during the pandemic when we recognized that human systems in business needed a change beyond traditional thinking.
X-Stasis combines our complementary skillsets. Jordan founded a L&D company and spent 10 years teaching storytelling to business leaders. Erwin is a masterful change guide who has led hundreds of workshops and worked with thousands of people.
We’ve worked with large-scale clients like Autodesk and Mozilla, tech unicorns, and small and mid-sized businesses across industries. More importantly, we’ve moved through change ourselves, allowing this direct experience to inform our practice.
